Please note: we are a print-on-demand (POD) store. Every mug and clothing item is printed to order just for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges, including for change of mind, wrong size or colour choice. Please check your size and design carefully before ordering. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or misprinted, we will replace it or refund you free of charge (see below), and you will not need to send it back.
We want you to be happy with your order. This page explains how returns, refunds and replacements work for products bought from affiliatebusinessideas.com. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Printed products (mugs, t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies and jackets)
Our printed products are made to order for you by our print partner, so we do not hold stock. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind (for example, the wrong size or colour chosen, or no longer wanted). Items cannot be sent back to us.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We will send you a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You will not need to send the item back unless we ask you to.
Lost or late parcels
If your order has not arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
Cancelling an order
Because production usually starts within 24 hours, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. If your item has not yet gone into production, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
E-books and other digital products
E-books are delivered as an immediate digital download. When you buy, you agree that delivery starts straight away and that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download has started. If a file is faulty, will not open, or is not what was described, contact us and we will send a working copy or give you a refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to appear on your statement.
Delivery
We currently offer free delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom. Printed items are usually produced in 2 to 5 working days and then delivered in around 2 to 5 working days.
